Opening Night in Boston

The opening for "Shuki: The Intimate Vessels of Sake" had a fantastic turnout. Boston bore no ill effects from the hurricane earlier in the week, so all went according to plan. Here are numerous pictures taken that evening at Vessels Gallery (450 Harrison Avenue)...

Available were the Shuki exhibition catalog, as well as Robert Yellin's book on sake vessels.

Hiromi Matsukawa, along with his wife and daughter, who flew in from Japan to attend the opening. This was Hiromi san's debut showing in America.
